As the manufacturing process started, test results showed that the product did not meet the criteria set forth by the client. After informing the supervisor of the product shortfall, the supervisor wants Lauren to put the product through. She went a step further and informed the general manager with the same results. This is a very important customer and a large deal for the company that will establish the company within the industry and the managers do not want to jeopardize the contract with the client.
