Definitions of Terms:
Ethical issues: This can be defined as a problem or conflicts that requires an individual or an organization to choose between alternatives that must be evaluated as right (ethical) or wrong (unethical). An ethical issue is said to bring system of morality and principles into conflicts.
Disarmament: This is the process whereby there is a reduction or withdrawal of military forces and weapons. It is also the act of limiting or abolishing weapons. Disarmament is sometimes taken to mean total elimination of weapons of mass extermination, such as nuclear arms.

Economic effect:
The economic effect of using nuclear weapon can be really large and tremendous despite their effect on health and on earth. The Pacific Northwest national laboratory carried out a study as at 2005 and it explained that exploding one average size nuclear weapon in New York City will cost $1o trillion to just clean up the city. It is also said for a nation to be safe as not to have any sickness and to reduce spending that huge amount of money to clean up a city, nuclear war must be avoided.
