Abstract
Ethical and Social Responsive Business behavior sets the foreground for business practices. Having good business ethics is the beginning to having a successful business. Being socially responsive lets your patrons know, your business is family and community oriented, and can start a long good relationship with the community.

Ethical and Socially Responsive Behavior
I am going to discuss Chipotle’s business practices relating to their code of behaviors that is set in place for the employees to adhere by. I am also going to discuss ways businesses can become more socially responsive in the community, where they are located in. Key Areas of Chipotle’s Code of Conduct 1. Compliance with the Code defines the expectations of the employees on how they are to conduct themselves within the business environment. It outlines how they are to comply with the rules and the ramifications of not complying with them. This is a vital part of company policy. It lets the employees know what is expected of them. 2. Ethics and conflicts of interest rules were put in place based on the company’s main value; which is honesty. The policy sets forth the actions that need to be taken to, so you are not in violation of these codes. The policy was put in place to help their employees do the right thing, with regards to certain actions on the job. If the employee thinks it going to be a certain conflict, they are to notify management immediately, so they can be removed from the situation, and handled by someone else. Unethical behavior can take on many forms from, fraternizing with the customers, to actually servicing your family and friends, it can also being taking money from customers, that you are

Chipotle code of conduct covers every possible incident that may occur within or outside of the company. It is a very detailed code of conduct, but I will dive into the most important aspects of the code of conduct that is of significance or importance to the company. The company was established in 1993 with the mission of creating a fine dining experience at the paste of a fast food restaurant without compromising quality, “which is referred to as fast-casual”.
