First I do want to stress with you the importance of using inclusive language when you are communicating in forums or with class discussions. You want to be certain that you do not, as you recently learned, offend someone by using sexist, racist or other distinguishable remarks that may be cause for concern. As those reading cannot read into your tone and mannerisms in writing, you must be certain to re-read what was written for anything that is not considered a “general subject” or gender based statements. Talking in forums can be difficult or problematic if the wrong spelling or even usage of a word is incorrect. If you are truly unaware of what to say without offending others, I would be to be certain to have someone else read what you write before posting. This will help eliminate any confusion, misspellings, poor grammar or lack of professionalism. Be certain to familiarize yourself with what may be considered poor writing style or statements that promote stereotypes. Also, make sure to utilize spelling and grammar checks always before submitting anything.

Throughout your writing, you made several statements that are seemingly sexist in that they promote male inclusion in management or any position of significance while woman are simply ignored.
