During my time in command of USS Dallas (SSN 700), he consistently exceeded the high expectations set for the Communications Division, going far above and beyond in ensuring the ship excelled in all its missions, particularly crew training, safe navigations in seven overseas ports and the execution of critical repairs before and during a seven month deployment.
