The maps illustrate how Kelsbey’s village changed from 1780 to 2000.
It is noticeable that the village became a modern one with numerous transport and domestic facilities.
To begin with the map in 1780, there was a long river across the village, which was on the left hand of four farms. In that year, only 100 homes lived in this village, who located above four farms as well as a lot of woods that were grown beside the farms.
In comparison with 1780, 1860 and 2000 experienced several considerable changes. Firstly, a bridge was built to connect the two – side river banks, on one of which constructed some shops.
