Huffman Trucking needs to be spruced up. What we are going to be looking at is how the internal and external drivers of innovation can be re evaluated. We will be looking at the organizational objectives and how innovation, design, and creativity may benefit Huffman Trucking Company. Organizational Objectives With recent changes in the economy, more competition, and no economic growth Huffman trucking will be going through some major changes. At the annual strategic planning session the board of directors decided to take a look at other companies like UPS and will mirror some of the qualities and will go a step further. Huffman will not only service customers logistic services, but will also set up warehousing and just in time delivery; a service that UPS does not have. The board of directors has designed a strategic plan to create a unique and innovative way for business to ship products to their customers.
