Education is a bridge from misery to hope. It is a tool for daily life in modern society. It is a bulwark against poverty, a platform for democratization, and a vehicle for the promotion of cultural and national identity. For everyone, everywhere, education is the road to human progress and the means through which every man; woman and child can realize his or her full potential. Teachers impart their knowledge by transmitting information through communication. Teachers will do a better job if they communicate well with their students.
As stated in the 1987 constitution, Article XIV, section 7 which provide that:
“For purpose of communication and instruction, the official languages of the Philippines are Filipino, until otherwise provided by law, English”

Communication is a complex process, any stage of this process; things may go wrong, making the communication less effective. This constitution conveys that our mother tongue is Filipino and English is considered as our second language for communication and instruction. However, some Filipino citizens are used to utilize their mother tongue that gives them difficulties in communicating globally.
