...5. Out of the five companies that were involved only two of the companies did a good job meeting the company’s needs, and correctly identifying the key members in the buying center. The two companies were Caterpillar and Hyster. Both companies addressed the questions and concerns about the product while being able to meet with all of the key members in the buying center. Overall I feel that Caterpillar did the best job meeting all the needs of Colombia Industries, Inc. Caterpillar was able to meet with the users, gatekeepers, influencers, deciders, and the buyer. When the salesman from Caterpillar first met with Mr. West He gave a very thorough presentation, and asked Mr. West to describe all the features he was looking for in the forklift. Within three days the salesman showed up with the forklift that CI was interested in. This was sooner than any of the other competitors. He then proceeded to go over all the functions with the users and the mechanic. Both the users and the mechanic were very impressed with the lift and the knowledge of the salesman. After the demonstration the Caterpillar salesman was able to meet with Mr. West, Mr. Debre, and Ms Ogrosky. He went over all the characteristics and details again and explained to them why Caterpillar forklifts would benefit them while meeting all their needs. This was very important because theses individuals were the key members in the buying center and played a major roll in the final decision of purchasing the lifts....

...Adasia S. Zackery Mrs. Howard World History (Honors) 29 November 2014 Egypt Geography The transcontinental country of Egypt is located in the northern part of Africa right alongside the Mediterranean and Red Seas. Egypt shares borders with the Gaza Strip and the Sinai Peninsula, plus the countries of Libya, Israel, and Sudan. Egypt is mainly made up of desert plateaus, yet the Nile River flows through its eastern part. The country is 386,662 square miles, which make it the 30th largest country in the entire world. The Egypt is normally humid and hot, but the nights are cool. Since Egypt only has two seasons, humid summers and mild winters, the temperatures change tremendously, yet in the winter they don’t seem to change drastically. In fact, in the coastal regions the temperature can range from a minimum of 14°C in the winter to a maximum of 30°C in the summer. In the inland areas temperatures vary widely in the summer. They can range from 7°C at nighttime to 43° in the day. In the winter the temperatures range from 0°C at night to 18°C in the daytime. Winter lasts from November to April, and the summers are from May to October. There aren’t many variations between the two seasons besides the temperature in the daytime and the day-to-day winds. The country barely receives and rain on a yearly basis. In fact, Egypt’s wettest area is the Alexandria, which only receives a maximum of 200 millimeters of rain each year. Egypt receives winds, known as the sirocco and the khamsin...

...Evolution of Homosexuality in the Philippines Introduction US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton once said: “Gay people are born into and belong to every society in the world. They are all ages, all races, all faiths. They are doctors and teachers, farmers and bankers, soldiers and athletes. And whether we know it, or whether we acknowledge it, they are family, our friends, and our neighbors. Being gay is not a western invention. It is a human reality.” Homosexuality can be tracked throughout history. In ancient Rome, philosophers, such as Socrates, were having sexual practices with their students. They believed it was a part of becoming a man. The Bible, one of the oldest books in literature, discusses homosexual practices among the citizens of Sodom and Gomorrah. Some of the most influential people throughout history were discovered to be homosexual: Alexander the Great (356-323 B.C.), Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519), Oscar Wilde (1854-1900) and Tennessee Williams (1914-1983). http://main.uab.edu/Sites/students/life/safe-zone/33566/ Homosexuality is worldwide and has a global impact on society. It transcends borders, cultures, and governments. The homosexual society even bears its own international flag, a rainbow which signifies the bond between different people all over the world. The society shows how peace can be achieved throughout the...

These structure shall bear the emphasis to: • what instructions (selectable from a complete list of instructions as a tools list) essential and best to perform a certain task; • how these instructions are organized into a sub program which can be reused or recalled as many times as possible to perform the identical task with different set of data; • to preserve the minimum lines of instruction but performs the maximum tasks. The less instruction lines require less operating times, thus expetite the implementation speed. The main proccess of program (instructions) implementation is nothing else just the manipulation of data. We need to know how to identify the source of data, procedure to fetch these...
