Each set lives in a different city and state, yet my parents made it a point to schedule visits for all of them. My father that raised me is not my biological father and he made sure that me and my sister got to visit our other grandparents as well. As children, it was always fun for us to be able to sit around and listen to old family stories and get to see our grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins. Now, that I am grown with children of my own I understand the value of children knowing their family and spending time with older relatives.
