My background start in the suburb of Philadelphia which I have spent most of my life there. I am a very active person who believe in health, I graduated AIU with an associate degree and now im trying to finish my bachelor in business and major in healthcare management. c. What I will be proposing to my company is the ban of smoking on the Teva campus which has multiple pluses for coworkers and the business.

II. MAIN POINT healthier lifestyle A. To be a leader in the pharmaceutical company which helps people all around the world with our drugs that fight off diseases, we should also make an considerable stance on smoking which kill millions of people worldwide. B. So my proposal is that as one of our standard operation procedure we should adopt an no smoking on campus rule and should be immediately adopted in our employee handbook. C. Smoking is known to kill millions of individual every year it also known to attack the respiratory system causing infection and immune disease. D. It also causes weaker bones, damages heart function, lung function, eyesight and certainly cancer. E. As in active individual that known the side effects of smoking and second hand smoking I truly think the best thing for the individual and company is the ban it, because in essence you’ll have a heathier workforce and with the ban you have some thinking about going cold turkey knowing that for the next eight hours they are at work they wont be allowed to smoke.

III. MAINPOINT Bonuses a. AS a company there are multiple bonuses of this Action a healthier workforce that is more thinking about their job and task ahead of them instead of just lighting up. Also you have cheaper health insurance which is a major plus for the company b. With the act you are helping your employee showing that you care and that you care about their welfare c. How the act will be put into effect is that first you take away all of the smoking butt trash cans away from the campus. Right a sub procedure that if you still plan to smoke you must not do it on the premises and make sure your certain amount a feet away from the campus in order to smoke d. And last if your caught smoking on premises there will be disciplinary actions against you and maybe fines IV. I am the right person A. As I stated earlier in the presentation that I am an active person who enjoy exercising and enjoys a healthier lifestyle b. I know the benefit of not being a smoker and detrimental causes of second hand smoke c. having these guidelines would be a major boost on teva reputation knowing the fact we our against smoking .

Which make it great for the consumer that looking for an honest, good and hardworking employee because you can see what other have said about the certain person whether it be a contractor, dentist or doctor. The only downfall to this website is that there is a fee to be on it unlike other websites. The other well-known social network I picked out was LinkedIn a website some say to be more effective them Facebook and twitter at creating leads and the fact that there are over 225 million member you can see why this site is so popular because it can really give you good access to employers and employees. With that many members or LinkedIn that can be positive or negative for an employer seeing for the right individual to hire it might be hard to differentiate the best candidate for the job with so many applicants available
