Temperature Method — You will take your temperature in the morning every day before you get out of bed.

Calendar Method — You will chart your cycles on a calendar.
The best way is to combine all these methods. When they are combined they are called the symptothermal method

2. 'Birth control' is any thing that stop a woman or girl from becoming pregnant, or giving birth. Birth control can mean a wide range of things – from 'contraceptives' (used to reduce the chances of a woman becoming pregnant) to other ways of avoiding pregnancy, like not having sex. Contraceptives work by preventing a man’s sperm from fertilizing a woman’s egg, and can be done in several different ways.
