2. Businesses are built on relationships means that it is crucial for people in the field of business to communicate thoroughly and efficiently for the business to be successful. Implications for managing the external environment is dependent on whomever is in charge. The person who is in charge though should understand how critical it is for them to keep relationships strong throughout the work field.
6. The impact on a strong culture is on organizations and managers is very important. Forming a culture or a way of doing things makes it easier for people to be on the same page and fulfill their duties while they are on the job.

4. The organization implements an integrated strategy in a number of national markets. National Boundaries do not limit the locations in which the firm competes for customers; competitive boundaries are represented be the entire world marketplace, and the firm sells its products on a high-volume basis in this marketplace.
7. The challenges for a Mexican manager transferred to the United States to manage a plant would be hard because the rules for management in the United States may be a little more enforced. If a manger from the United States was transferred to manage in Guadalajara the transition may be a little easier because of how less strict they are in Guadalajara

1. It is important for an organization to have diversity because it gives you a variety of different thing to think about.
6. Bias is prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair. Prejudice is preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience. Stereotyping is a widely held but fixed and oversimplified image or idea of a particular type of person or thing. Discrimination is the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex.

2. Businesses should be socially responsible because, Social responsibility is a duty every individual has to perform so as to maintain a balance between the economy and the ecosystems. A trade-off may [citation needed] exist between economic development, in the material sense, and the welfare of the society and environment.
6. Well whistle blowing is not an action that should be done in the business workplace. The whistle blower should be punished for what could be viewed as sexual harassment. If that were the case it would give the organization a bad image also.

6. I agree with this statement because computers were made to make our lives easier. With all the information and resources and software available from computers you should be able to make more rational decisions.
8. I do not think there is a difference between the wrong decision and a bad decision. Even good manager makes bad or wrong decisions because we are human nobody’s perfect. Every manager tries to do what is best for the company in doing that sometimes bad decisions are made. Improving decision making really comes down to experience. The more experience you have the better your decision will be
