The Bama Theater itself is like the classic movie theatre you see in TV shows, making you wish there was such a quaint theatre standing in your own home town. For me, coming from a town outside of Orlando, FL, it is a typical suburb probably no different than the neighborhoods outside of any city center. All akin to the standardized McDonald’s cheeseburgers. The theatre was as inviting as it’s friendly staff, giving off a small-town feel. This was my first film I’d seen outside of an overpopulated, overpriced Amstar theatre (or the like); It was pleasantly surprising to find that despite the discounted tickets and popcorn prices, the experience was one of the best.
