Do you think that everyone that participates in a crime should be found guilty? In the book Monster, a 16-year-old boy Steve Harmon, the narrator of the story, is on trial for a murder/robbery. According to the verdict, he was found innocent of a crime that he participated in. Although this may be true, he should be found guilty because he is as guilty as the others who participated. He should be guilty because he knew about the crime and didn’t tell anyone and he told the judge and jury that he didn’t go into the store at all even though he did. Considering Steve was found not guilty, he should be guilty. He knew about the crime and didn’t tell anyone about It. If he thinks he is innocent why didn’t he tell anyone? Steve knew about the crime
