Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendations for Student Housing in H University
Summary
We make this report to inform you about the current situation of student housing in H University, and propose recommendations for you to make a better place for students to live. The results show that the current state of housing is not yet satisfying for students, and the government officials should subsidy the housing program.

History
H University Housing 1936-2014: A Chronology of Events Our university is well known for its long history, here is a brief outline for its housing history, which indicates a rough record of its student housing:

*1936 Construction of new campus dormitories President M, 10 March 1936, offers room in two units of the apartment to students.
*1956 full sets of apartment were occupied
*2010 Draft report of renovating Senior House was in the discussion by M University Corporation Executive Committee.
Description
Types of units There are two major types of units for student housing, it is clearly represented in the following figures (Michelle R. Schemine, 2010):

Footage Square As it is illustrated below, each type of dorm room contains bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The square footage is showed in the chart below(Michelle R. Schemine, 2010):
