Cooking Instructions:
Use within 1 day or freeze. Thaw 1 to 2 days in refrigerator. GRILL METHOD: Preheat grill to med-high. Open rolls and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Place on grill, cut-side down and grill for 1-2 min. Remove from grill and set aside. Grill pork slices 2-3 min., turn over and sprinkle with cheese. Grill another 2-3 min. or until cheese is melted.Place pork on roll; top with Chipotle Barbecue Sauce. STOVETOP METHOD: Heat large skillet over med-high heat. Cook pork slices 2-3 min.; turn over, sprinkle with cheese, cover skillet and cook 1-2 min. more until cheese is melted. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375°.
