Subject: Your February 14 Letter About Your Super Bowl XLV Experience

We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy a better Super Bowl XLV experience. You will be pleased to know that the National Football League has updated the ticketing procedures based on your letter, as well as officially awarding you with the option of choosing to receive either a ticket to Super Bowl XLVI and $2400 or a ticket to any future Super Bowl with airfare and hotel accommodations.

The normal ticketing procedure is to sell tickets for all seats and planned temporary seats in any NFL event; however based on your suggestion, the league is glad to adjust the ticketing procedure to sell and distribute tickets only after all seats, including temporary, have been confirmed for usage. Also, we plan to better the overall NFL game day experience by requiring a better staff to fan ratio so that getting into the stadiums will be more comfortable. We are confident that these adjustments to our policy will allow us to continue to better serve our football community. You can be sure that I will take a personal interest in overseeing the implementation and execution of the policy change.
