Executive Summary

Ms. Komara,

At Fitness International Inc. we aim to change lives by improving the fitness and health of our members by working for a fitter, healthier Australia. The property comprises office accommodation arranged over 3 levels, a clear span, climate controlled warehouse component and ample outside parking (see appendix for pictures). It is located in New South Wales, Australia and with over 7,594 square meters, 3.78 acres of land and 107 car spaces this fitness gym is accessible to the majority of the population who are actually conscious about physical fitness. Located near this facility is a wide variety of businesses, schools, colleges, shops and restaurants which ensure that our primary market: adults 18-35, secondary market: senior adults 55+ and tertiary market: families, will be well represented in this area. Our facility will include treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines, TreadClimbers, rowers, step machine, indoor heated pool and sauna, daycare facility, nutritional counseling, aqua aerobics, free weights, machines and resistance equipment. Fitness International Inc. will be open 7 days a week, Mon to Thurs: 5.30 AM till 9.30 PM, Fri: 5.30 AM till 8.30 PM, Sat: 7.00 AM till 7.00 PM and Sun: 8.30 AM till 5.30 PM. We aim to offer a comfortable atmosphere for all members where there is no fashion or muscle show. Our mission is to motivate and inspire members to achieve on-going results through a caring and committed team. Our primary value is that we believe that all people of all ages who do quality exercise can maintain lifelong fitness and as a result enjoy longer, healthier and happier lives. Based on average incomes and competitors prices we will over our membership at $25 a month with a 20% discount for services workers (police, teachers, fire fighters), students and military. Also offered will be 3 free personal training sessions for anyone that is in the obese category. Our overall budget for this project is $2 million dollars from investors and personal funds (see appendix).
