In the story Flipped by Wendelin Van Draanen , Bryce Loski just moved in and Juliana Baker is a very friendly individual who is eager to make friends with him.In paragraph 12 the author writes “I was too exited not to charge across the street but I did try to be civilized once I got to the moving van I stood outside looking in for a record-breaking amount of time which was hard because there he was! About halfway back my new-sure-to-be best freind Bryce Loski.” In paragraph 17 the author wrote “The tragedy of it catapulted me into the moving van. I had to help! I had to save him!”
