Evaluation: According to this table, the only food group that I matched and actually exceeded was the meat and alternatives group. It seems that I need to up my intake for the fruits/vegetables and grains food groups. To fix this I could eat a bit more salad at supper time or maybe have a fruit and some crackers as a snack during the day. By not eating the recommended servings for fruit, I could be missing essential vitamins. Also, by not eating the recommended servings for grain products, I could be missing some fibre, iron and complex carbohydrates in my body.
