When it comes to the success of the Roman Empire, it is important to acknowledge four areas of criteria that will make an empire rise to its fullest. When constructing an empire it is important to have a secure and forceful military strength. Having the ability to conquer and maintain control over the empire is especially important to ensure safety and security for its citizens. Along with the having a secure military, its is important that the empire has a political organization and administrative presence to its people. Having the ability to collect revenue, taxation, impose law and order with a system of justice and bureaucracy is crucial.
