A train arrived on schedule and stopped in a blast of steam. He climbed aboard and sat down pressed against a window, until a familiar face walked in… Mrs. Von Gerber! But she didn’t seem very excited to be on the train, so Friedrich walked over to her seat. And then she acted like she had never met him in her life saying, “AHH! What’s that mark on your face.” And so he stumbled back. And tripped on the slight overhang of the rubber sheet covering the floor. He instantly woke up from his slumber and saw that it was almost time to get off the train, and get to the camp of jue’s yet for some reason he was trembling in fear and in exhaustion from carrying the money he needed to get his father back, but no matter what he had to move on for his …show more content…
And so the soldier led Friedrich in the opposite direction into a town that was NOT the camp for jue’s but sadly Friedrich didn’t notice this and was lost again losing precious time and so he hurried. This was a big mistake however because Friedrich had passed the overseer of the camp 3 times while the overseer was taking care of his errands! Nonetheless Friedrich after somehow missing his core objective 3 times found a potential lead to get to the camp but it would take a free boat ride and a short walk to the camp. And so he made it to the camp in maybe an hour and feeling tired he decided to go in right away without even thinking about his birthmark. Which this was a HUGE mistake since Hitler's new law of getting surgery on people with things wrong with them, And so they could be the “perfect race” and so they would cause trouble for Friedrich. So, they did and he was running out of time to get his father back so he asked around for the overseer and no one would tell him squat so he had almost given up hope until he saw a familiar Nazi face. Someone he had saw on the street doing his errands… and so he asked, “do you know where the overseer is?”
The Nazi answered for once saying,” YES, you are speaking to him right now!” Which was a surprise to Friedrich and so he asked about releasing his father and the overseer almost said he would let him go for the money until he spotted Friedrich
