Although I learned some communication and interviewing skill in GWL212; for example, the setting of the interview, observation skills, active listening skills, how to ask questions, maintain attending behavior, confidentiality and so on. There a lot of interviewing skills, I need to know and work on when I interview with seniors. It is quite challenging for me. In fact, in the first time interview with senior, it is hard for me to remember all interviewing steps and skills use to into the real interview. Based on each elderly have different personalities, I have to cooperate with each character of the senior and appropriate response. In GWL212, I learned to maintain natural skill before but it is not simple to use and react in the real situation.
