HR Mission: Human Resources and Organizational Development strive to create a great work environment by searching for and attracting top talent, and providing an environment where employees are encouraged to learn and develop. We are committed to delivering these services in a dependable, timely and cost-effective manner, while balancing the needs of our most valuable resource - our PEOPLE.

HR Objectives:

• Preserve our culture by maintaining 80% mean and 90% mode on performance against our Guiding Values.

• Align Human Resources and Organizational Development services by working within the operating expense goals of the company.

• Ensure global Human Resources processes are seamlessly integrated.

• Increase efficiency with increased automation of processes.

• Differentiate Microchip in order to attract and retain top talent.

• Create and develop employee, technical and leadership talent within Microchip using a variety of development techniques and leveraging internal and external resources.
