SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THOSE ENTERING FOREST RESERVES TO HIKE. 1. Absolutely no open ground fires. All fires must be contained (i.e. hibachi, smoker and/or any self contained unit S13-104-7). 2. The use of firearms and weapons are prohibited in camp grounds. 3. Firearms used for hunting will be secured until reaching the area designated and set aside for hunting. 4. No littering/vandalizing of camp grounds or facilities is permitted (S-13-104-4-5). 5. Possession or consumption of alcohol is prohibited. 6. All animals must be crated, caged or leashed (S13-104-12). 7. Conditions listed above are items listed under Title 13, Hawaii Revised Statutes. All persons entering the forest reserve and using its facilities must be in compliance with all County, State and Federal laws, ordinances and rules (S-13-104-17). Provisions of Chapters 183, 185 and 198D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, 1985 as amended, and any other laws applicable thereto, and all rules and regulations of the Department of Land and Natural Resources shall be strictly observed. Infractions or misconducts will constitute grounds for revocation of this permit and criminal prosecution. The permittee waives any and all claims against the State of Hawaii, U. S. Air Force, and its respective officers, agents, and employees and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the State of Hawaii, U. S.
