The clothing industry is constantly changing and trends too, because it is one of the brunches on the influence of customer tastes. The requirement of clothing companies is to meet changing tendencies, preferences and trends. Products of this brunch should find the actual customer expectations. On the one hand clothing should be available in a lot of variants, but on the other hand should not get behind in the magazines. It follows significance of the processes like:

• Demographic research- expand current production from men’s outwear only to women and teenagers;
• Chain of delivery- new suppliers and contacts;
• Design collection- customers demand clothes in wide range of sizes, colours, styles and materials, customers require a variety of goods and fast exchange of goods, which we can achieve by increase capacity to maximum:1000 garments weekly and, what is following that ,additional floor space;
• Permanent access to buy goods- customers expect to comfortable place to purchase, not only shops but also online
• Employees training- more productive and efficient workforce, easier way to find new stuff, that we can develop
• Questioners, surveys, interviews and observation- raise amount of customers by recognising their needs; customers’ opinion show what can be improved and offer insight to the research
• Promotional activity- special offers, displays and brochures

We want to wear the most demanding and active people who proceed in the direction to look elegantly, fashionably and innovative. Our aim is to fulfilled satisfaction of customers by latest design garments made by high quality materials, high technology and well-trained stuff. As an employer offer trust, understanding and stabilization in spite of frequent changes.
