Before the U.S was attacked by the terrorists on September 11th, the world was on one course addressing issues to do with climate and economic development. It was after this attack that humanitarian issues combined with terrorism started to hit on the headlines of the international communities. Today the international community has shifted its energy and concern on the security issues and geopolitics. Before this incidence, the world was moving steadily to realize the idea of globalization. Where in the world would turn out to be a village. Globalization has been celebrated by everyone across the continent thanks to the technological process available.
