(4 points)? * Danaher’s corporate strategy in terms of growth is their Danaher Business process system (DBS) which is the heart of the organization. This system guides planning, deployment and execution. The DBS implements allows all of the operating executives to possess the methods that enables them to attempt for outstanding quality, distribution and cost standards as well as conveying excellent customer satisfaction and profitable growth. With the successful execution of DBS across its assets had resulted in fast growth.
What are the potential transaction costs that Danaher may encounter when the company implements its corporate strategy? (6 points) * Corporate M&A comprised of a small group of transaction makers. The team works with business progression in each of the stages and with strategy expansion on all transactions. The compensation for senior managers includes base salary, a bonus, and equity involvement. Base pay is established to be aggressive within the job and business, and wasn’t consistent through Danaher, though at the actual senior ranks base pay levels did coverage. The bonus is equal to one-quarter to one-half of base pay, with the combination fluctuating to an increase in bonus seniority. Bonuses are paid rendering to how well the business performs and the person’s own objectives for the year.
