Information effect whether the business is successful and Information technology plays a crucial role in business. It concerns with the use of technology to manage and process information which can produce more profits to business. Conducting customer services is one of the Information technology which can create the biggest benefits. Customer services can build honesty to customers so that they will confidence to buy the product of your company. In addition, Information technology project has various goals. Its purposes are reducing costs, improving customer satisfaction, creating competitive advantages, creating growth and streamline supply chain. All these purposes can make company get more perfect achievements. Dealing with information system is management information system which based on the information technology to solve many business problems, it is similar as accounting, finance and human resources. Through this system, company can figure almost all the troubles.

Competitive advantage is a product or service that organization’s customers place a greater value on than similar offerings from a competitor. Based on these special competitive advantages, company can obtain more wealth. For example: in the rainy day, people always go indoor for shopping instead walking on the street. So the store which open on the street don’t have many competitive advantages than other indoor stores.
