Disamping memberikan banyak manfaat, juga akan dibahas dampak negatif dalam penerapan aplikasi berbasis web tersebut. kata kunci : e-commerce, e-business, e-learning, web-based application BAB I PENDAHULUAN 1.1 Latar Belakang Semakin berkembang nya teknologi dan zaman telah membawa manusia ke zaman globalisasi. Pengaruh internet sebagai media dalam penyebaran informasi telah membuat pergeseran besar di dunia. Ruang lingkup manusia semakin sempit dan dunia bagaikan berukuran hanya sebesar layar komputer. Pesatnya perkembangan juga berdampak dari muncul nya aplikasi berbasis Web. Aplikasi berbasis Web memungkin manusia untuk mengaksesnya dengan menggunakan web browser dimana saja dan kapan saja. Pengguna tidak perlu melakukan instalasi pada masing-masing dekstop mereka untuk menggunakan aplikasi ini.
