In the article “Crisis U” written by Hara Estroff Marano, anxiety and mental health are the topics of the hour. As a college sophomore, I can directly relate to the topic of anxiety. Whether you are the smartest student in Rotunda D or you are the life of the party; we all have anxiety in some form. Marano states “Anxiety is a widespread issue, but only a small percentage receive treatment”, I wouldn’t say she is wrong but I do not agree. How does she define the word treatment?
