INTRODUCTION The following assignment has the main objective to design a recruitment process for Harrods, a British institution operating for 162 years. With a unique reputation Harrods is associated with Britain, Luxury, Sensation and Service. In order to keep the standards of the organization high as they were built in the operating years, the company must recruit employees whose skills, personality and commitment are align with the values of Harrods. In order to keep the effectiveness and performance offered to the customers daily in one of the best-known organizations in the whole United Kingdom, recruitment and selection of employees is one of the most important processes
