This is one of the most common forms of cancer in people ranging between the ages of 25-29. It is also considered as the second most common to affect adolescents and young adults between the ages of 15-29. Since 1980 there has been study’s completed that show a 50 percent increase in Melanoma in women between the ages of 15-39. It also shows that in woman between the ages 30-34, it follows closely behind breast cancer. In this report I would like to show you the cause, risk, treatment, detection, how it affects the body, and how you can protect yourself from getting Melanoma. Melanoma is a serious form of cancer that starts in the pigments of the skin,that produce skin cells called melanocytes. The cells become abnormal, become aggressive, and they grow uncontrollably. They eventually invade the surrounding tissues. It can develop in a mole that you may have. Before you are officially diagnosed with Melanoma you must go to the doctor and have half or the entire tumor removed so it may be tested. It is the need of an individual to have control over another targeting them, conducting methods finding the right timing and location to intimidate. It can escalate to having more than one person bullying or a group of bullies, either voluntarily or coerced in to mistreating another co-worker. Bullying is associated with negative job satisfaction and retention. It can have horrible effects on a person’s health. Bullying can be a result of current economic circumstances that can lead to hostility and violence. Bullying differs from other violence because it is repeated over months at a time, in contrast to other forms of violence that can be isolated incidents. In 2009, the CBA undertook a nationwide restructure of its corporate financial services unit, causing Mr Barker’s position made redundant. Its redeployment policy was to reallocate employees to a suitable position where possible, however the banks HR manual provided that the policy did not ‘form any part of an employee’s contract of employment’. Before this decision was even taken into consideration, many other healthcare reforms had previously been introduced by earlier presidents, but failed to pass the Senate. Healthcare issues have always been on board for the United States, but during this time the elderly and the poor were desperately screaming for help. The government had no choice but to come up with a solution to their healthcare needs; these two populations were left with no options but to trust the government and their ideas towards solutions. These solutions are called Medicare and Medicaid, which at that time served more than 19 million individuals ("Key milestones in," 2006). After the implementation of these government health programs, almost yearly new premiums were added and adjusted to them.
