As a healthcare manager what two strategies would you consider to help build internal and external relationships that could benefit your organization?

Being in this competitive business environment, every healthcare organizations are forced to compete themselves in offerings the best services using all the latest technology with the specialized medical professionals to solve the problems of their client. Today every organizations realizes that the main resources for any business is their manpower.
The internal relationships is dealt among the human resources to motivate, develop and bring out the best output to deliver the service.
The first and foremost strategies on building the internal and external relationships are communication. This is a powerful tool to understand each other, builds healthy rapport within the internal environment as well as with external links.
This communication can be delivered in a proper channel through various methods, among the staffs, departments and the visiting professionals, specialists, other external health sectors, suppliers and clients by exchanging greetings, regular meetings and discussion. The networking is the next important strategy, to provide strong rapport for an organization among the internal and external relationship, like initial introduction about the organization, exchanging the business cards, the value they get on the services by the organization, the close contacts with the local community, the government authorities, external contractors, medical representatives, among these the external authorities also will develop the integrity with the organization to have their support for the development of the organization.
Motivation and encouragement are the next essential needs to build up healthy relationship. It helps to build a strong team, inter-personal relationship, understanding each other
