Natural VS. Chemical Based Hair
Having natural hair is healthier than having chemical based hair. Natural hair and chemical based hair can both be straightened and curled. Natural hair straightening is a hair styling technique used since the 1890’s which involves the flattening and straitening of the hair in order to give it a smooth, streamlined, and sleek appearance. Chemical based hair gets straight by using a harsh hair product called a relaxer. Both hair types can be curled as well. Natural hair is already in a curl like form. But if you want to have more curls you can do different type of hairstyles. Some of the hairstyle are called Bantu knots, straw sets, and rag curls. As for chemical based hair you can do braid out styles and setter waves to get that perfect curl pattern in your hair.
Natural hair needs a lot of moisture because it can get dry from being mistreated. Natural hair needs water and natural moisturizers to keep its moisture. To keep moisture in your natural hair you can spray water onto your hair at least twice a week to continue having beautiful moisturized natural hair. You can also use natural moisturizers like coconut milk, coconut oil, raw shea butter, olive oil, and homemade flaxseed gel. Also shampooing your hair gives it moisture too. Remember, shampooing too often strips the hair of its natural oils so be sure not to overdo it! Every other week is usually enough. Wool hats, baseball caps, excessive sun and even those seemingly innocent pillowcases are all enemies of your hair’s natural sheen. So, remember to always sleep in a satin cap or use a silk scarf underneath that hat in order to maintain moisture and prolong your hair’s healthy shine. Next, for chemical based hair it needs something different. Chemical based hair needs grease, moisturizers, and oil sheens. Some greases that can be used are coconut grease and blue magic grease. You can use different types of oil sheens too. Some are olive oil, shea butter oil, and isoplus oil sheen. Some of the different moisturizers are pink moisturizer, dr. miracle, and Pantene pro v.
To keep your natural hair healthy, stick to hair products formulated with the essential oils that help to hydrate and infuse your hair with natural brilliance and sheen. Try tea tree oil shampoo to purify the scalp, diffuse unpleasant dandruff flakes, stimulate the scalp and unblock clogged hair follicles. In addition, you can try an invigorating peppermint shampoo to gently cleanse hair and eliminate that itchy scalp. You should strengthen & replenish every day. For weak hair, there’s nothing like castor oil to help nourish weak, fragile strands while fortifying hair with the strength it needs to grow. Also to keep healthy natural hair your diet is everything. Your hair reflects what you eat. A lot of people think taking a supplement is the answer to shiny hair, but in reality your diet is more important. Plenty of Iron, Vitamin D, Zinc, Vitamin E, Vitamin A and B complex vitamins are necessary to keep your hair healthy in addition to the well-known Omega 3 fatty acids. Outside of getting these nutrients through diet, a daily dose of cod liver oil can immensely improve your hair because it is rich in Omega 3′s as well as fat doable Vitamin A and D. Outside shiny hair, cod liver oil is useful for health in general.
For chemical based hair it uses relaxers to attempt to get the hair healthy. Relaxed hair, by its definition, undergoes controlled damage in order to straighten it, but maintaining this hair in a healthy fashion is possible with several simple steps. If you're not currently following the correct tips, your hair may not be as healthy as it can be. Some of these tips are as follows, see a professional for chemical applications, avoid over processing, and choose low or no-heat styling. These tips are to be followed because they will try to help you keep your relaxed hair healthy. To be honest I don’t think that it will ever be as healthy as it can be because sodium Hydroxide is the strongest type of principal chemical used in some chemical relaxers. It provides the most long lasting and dramatic effects. However, this same sodium hydroxide is found in drain cleaners which well demonstrates the strength of this chemical. It is what is used in products that are referred to as “lye” relaxers. The strength varies from a ph. factor of 10 to 14. With higher ph., the faster the straightening solution will take hold, but the more the damage. Hair relaxers contain chemicals so potent you have to wear gloves to apply them. While these products change the structure of curly, kinky or wavy hair to make it more manageable, they can also severely damage your scalp and hair. In some cases, this damage can be permanent and cause permanent hair loss.
Natural hair is a beautiful thing to have and chemical-based hair is a substitute to having healthy hair. With the right products, natural hair can continue to be healthy and strong as ever. Some of the products that are used in natural hair are Cantu Shea Butter, Shea moisture, Deep Conditioning Crème, Organic Shampoo, Organic Conditioner, and Curl defining crème. These products are organic and some of them can even be home grown. Most products can be mixed with each other to make a strong and healthy hair mask. For the chemical based hair, you can use any kind of products. Some are VO5 Shampoo and conditioner, Head and Shoulders, Oil Sheens and grease. One of the most important products for chemical based hair is relaxers. Some are called Olive Oil, Dark and Lovely, Crème of Nature, Africa’s Best, and Motions.
In conclusion, natural hair is the best for everyone because it is healthier than chemical based hair. Natural hair is healthy and can be full of vitamins if treated the right way. Chemical based hair does not have vitamins and is not healthy from all of the chemicals in the products. Natural hair has the best organic products and chemical based hair has products that has dangerous chemicals in it. By having the right products, you too can have healthy natural hair. It will always give you the moisture your hair has be longing for.

Keeping Hair Healthy

...Have you ever looked at your hair and thought "what in the world did i do wrong?" You just don't know what's wrong so you buy all sorts of hair products and it gets worse? Well I have a couple tips from what you should do to your hair to what you shouldn't even think about doing. First of all your hair doesn't only depend on what you put in your hair but what you put in your body. For example eating salmon, beans, eggs, and milk helps your hair grow healthy and gives it a natural shine after 6 months if you keep on eating these foods. You should also drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. Studies have shown that massaging your scalp helps blood flow through your head which makes your hair grow longer. You also need to take care of the outside of your hair. Make sure to stay away from heat! Straighteners, curlers, blow dryers etc. These will cause split ends and your hair to dry out. Make sure that if you do use these products to deep condition your hair a lot but not too much. Certain hair products are supposed to be really good for your hair follicles and helps rebuild them. Another important product you should stay away from is hair dye and bleaching your hair. These will completely dry out your hair and cause it to break. Try to use natural hair products as much as you can. For example putting coconut olive oil is one. However the best one is the natural oil that comes from your scalp. It's all natural but everyone produces...

"The proper bristles are key," says stylist Edward Tricomi of the Warren-Tricomi Salon in New York City. Our favorite brushes include the Mason Pearson Boar Bristle brush ($78.50; zitomer.com) and Aveda's Wooden Paddle Brush ($17; aveda.com). 2 Brush before shampooing. ...disease involving the thinning or complete loss of hair. Alopecia’s affects differ based on gender. Males suffer from the loss of hair at the hairline or top of the head. Females, on the other hand, suffer from hair loss that is often only at the top of the head, with the hairline staying in tact. There are many causes contributing to the diagnosis of alopecia. This list includes aging, genetics, illness, or malnutrition. Alopecia is not to be confused by baldness caused by “the hairless gene”. “A congenital disorder called atrichia is caused by the ‘hairless’ gene." Alopecia, though it can be genetically passed down, is very different from general balding in that it is caused by actual damage to the hair shaft or follicle. Damage can be caused by a major illness, particularly a fungal infection, stress to the root, injury, or even medications such as chemotherapy. Our world today is constantly changing. New diseases are discovered, old diseases disappear, and cures or vaccines are developed for the millions we have affected by one thing or another. Cultural Value Of Hair

...anxiety, attention, upkeep and manipulation as our hair. At once a biological consequence and cultural marker our hair is both a natural and contrived result of our lifestyles and our personalities. Looking to hair as an extension of the human body and its function as an object open to both pigeonholing and differentiation, ‘hair’ is defined as a unique and complex topic, imbued with more cultural and historical meaning than many others. From the day we are born we start on a personal and often intimate exploration of the excess, absence, cutting, covering, growing, and grooming of hair as the both appearance of individuality and compliance in our lives. Be it on your body, face, or head; whether removed, replaced, relaxed, dyed, long, short, curly, straight, or even synthetic, hair is inherently inscribed with meaning as a manifestation of personal preference or imposed rules of conduct as it has been for centuries. As children, we are familiar with what makes a man and what makes a woman and although lacking in understanding of most biological factors, hair is readily...

Mccain Case Study

...profit. There are other firms that involve in the industry of frozen food, so McCain is not the only producer of chips, rather it competes with other firms to win the largest portion of market. In addition, the entry or exit from this market is not restricted. As a result, we can conclude that McCain is a competitive monopolist as it seeks to take control over this industry. In 2005, a challenging environmental factor was facing McCain. The concerns about obesity were rising dramatically, especially in children, as over 22 million children under the age of 5 and around 155 million school-age children worldwide were severely overweight.¹ McCain's view is that its chips can and do play a role in a healthy balanced diet and it is continually finding ways to ensure that its products are as healthy as possible, for example, McCain dictates product standards to the potato growers that supply them, and it may choose to have more vertical control (i.e., direct ownership) over the processing, packaging, and distribution stages of the supply chain for their french-fries because these practices may entail sophisticated production techniques that are best performed in-house.² In response to the challenge, McCain made a SLEPT analysis to study the social, legal, economic, political and technological factors that affect the company business, and as a result they made the following changes and adaptations: 1. Quantities usage reduction of salt and oil. 2. Usage of sunflower oil instead...
