Synopsis of Module
This module introduces students to the fundamentals for delivering effective spoken and written messages. Students will have opportunities to hone their skills in these areas through practical sessions in discussion techniques, and presentation skills. Students will also be introduced to the skills and approaches to crafting credible and persuasive messages, and how to write meeting minutes.
