Unit Staff Development / Training Needs:
O/Cdt FISHER will be attending BOTC in June /13 and will be attend her environmental training within the following year.

Unit Administrative Operations (Concerns / Issues / Initiatives):
Fortess training ongoing.

Unit Strengths / Challenges:
Corps has a good staff and love the program with the exception of the amount of admin that has to done. The Corps has been parading consistent numbers 20-25. This has improved from 10-12 last year. The Unit has a go and strengthening relationship with its sponser the Dryden Legion.

Future Unit Direction / Goals:
The unit is working on a drill team and rifle team with the addition of CI's to share the workload. 2 CI aplications have been sent in. The Corps is looking into Amateur Radio as an activity to keep our senior cadets in the corps. This can add to FTX experience. A 2017 trip to Vimy is in the planning stage.
