As children we grow up surrounded by myths. In a Hispanic household, Mother always yelled, “Do not walk barefoot or you will end up sick!”. In some cultures, walking barefoot is a sign of health, it develops anti-bodies to fight off sickness and diseases. We also grow up reading and watching stories that has the one character that fits the hero myth. In my essay ill discuss why the character of Gran Hotel fits the hero myth.
