In these pages I am going to talk about luck and first days of high school as a freshman. Luck is an interesting ideal because some people consider themselves lucky and others consider themselves an unlucky but not many has considered if it’s true. The first years of high school teaches how I matured and learned about Christ. Finally I would like to make sure this is not totally opinionated. Like everyone else, I had to go through the application and acceptance or denial process to get into a high school. In the eighth grade, I have realized that I didn’t really care to refer to good occurrences as good luck or bad occurrences as bad luck. First days of high school were just as any other transition, a little awkward and uncomfortable but eventually you get used to it after a while. The diversity of the City School seemed immense for me since most were Hispanic in my middle school but I realized a couple of months later that I really liked diversity because it is much more interesting than talking to someone of your same race and similar backgrounds but I found that out mostly by breaking out with the three friends I was already acquaintance with ever since orientation and going to the sophomore but now currently senior tables. They taught me a lot on life through our little debates every other day and through the unofficial games we played for two years like the question game that showed each person thoughts and individual interests. Those were some memories from just forty five minutes of lunch every day but the retreats were fun but I am still thinking about what should I call this year’s retreat, it went well or below average. The first year was a good year except for my class experience of our first finals and midterms since in middle school, we take the test then forget about it the move
