Task 1- Understand the process of strategic planning 1.1

All organisations must have a strategic plan that can then enable the business to be developed. The main elements that should be focused on can be shown in the diagram below (Knowledgenet.carmichaelcentre.ie, 2015)

Mission: A mission explains in a clear precise manner of what the organisation purpose and principle line of business is. Below I have applied this to my Business SAS:-
What do we stand for? – SAS – Sharp Accounting Solutions – Ensuring integrity by making sure that the trust and responsibilities placed with me by clients is the driving force behind my business.

Visions: Visions set out the strategic future of an organization and can take many forms and can change with growth they are ongoing and long term. Below I have applied this to my Business SAS:-
