Home School versus Public School One of the most important questions parents are faced with today is what form of education is the best motivator for their children, home school or public school. Parents must educate themselves on the pros and cons of both options before making such an important decision. Although home schooling may be the best choice for one child, it does not necessarily mean it will be the best form of education for all of the children in the family. Both options provide the same education, but go about teaching it in different ways. Many parents believe that teaching their children at home will provide a safer environment for their kids to learn. Although it may be a safer environment to learn, home schooled children are missing out on socializing with their peers and will lack social skills needed to succeed later in life.
