Yes. I would want the applicants to know the basics (general knowledge) of HR management.

Yes about the drug Test. I feel there are functional people in the world that use drugs. I would like for applicats to be drug free.
No to the medical examination. In my opinion that'sgetting too personal and it's not necessary.

Yes. I would want to know how applicants acted in past job related situations so I would have an idea of how they may act in future similar job related situations. 5. A general cognitive ability test
I'm not sure if I would use this question because I feel it wouldn't be necessary. I believe I would use the question. I guess there's nothing wrong with knowing the applicants general mental ability.
