It is seen in schools, work places, and public places. When you have someone that is making an effort to make a change, it is a cry for help. This person has come to realize that what they are doing is something that is not right. When this person knows that they need help everything needs to be done to make sure that this person gets all the help that they need to make them better. Someone who is a bully can change, it has to be up to them, to be able to make themselves better. There are a lot of times that it may be difficult to figure out who or what the bullying is. “During elementary school years, children depend on each other companionship, advice and self-validation, (Bojczyk, Shiner, & Shiner, 2012). Having an activity that will show the students how to prevent bullying and how not to become a bully is a great activity.
