The most important effects that the Mongols had on Europe and Asia were increasing the flow of goods and knowledge between the two regions along the Silk Road. One knowledge they give them was gun-making, which traveled from Asia to Europe when the Mongols was still ruling. They wanted to improve their economy and build their empire in peace.They started spreading and developing their empire when they decided not to make or trade anything themselves, but promote "international commerce" by maintaining secure trade networks. They did this because it allowed them to tax goods and get wealth from larger civilizations. As they teach their religion and spread the ideas of Christianity significant amount of people's cultures began to exchange, people began to accept their religion as it spread. It was important because it spread a lot of their culture, and their religion. Also give them ideas of other empires and how they can use their ideas to make their empire better.

To make long trade easier the mongols used diplomatic relationships throughout Europe and Asia. They regularly exchange ambassadors, they shared intelligence information with other empires, encouraged trade between their regions, sent skilled workers back and forth. The mongols diplomatic relationships was important because it created and spread peaceful trade, economics, war, environment, culture, and rights/religion. They didn't want war or people invading their empire because they was trying to develop it, They wanted to rule and do everything in peace.
