Los conocimientos hay que llevarlos a la práctica, el motivo de estudiar una maestría no es solo para mejorar en niveles de escalafón si no para transformar en el sentido de hacer un trabajo que impacte en nuestros alumnos, padres de familia y autoridades educativas, lo cual involucra incrementar mi prestigio como profesor y mejor valoración de mi trabajo por parte de missuperiores y tal vez mejor remuneración económica.

Ser docente implica estar siempre a la vanguardia de los avances sociales, tecnológicos, económicos, etc. y es por este motivo mi deseo derealizar estudios de posgrado y adquirir nuevos saberes pedagógicos que contribuyan con el desarrollo de mis competencias profesionales y que me brinden las herramientas para estar a la par del mundo actual y aplicar dichos conocimientos para el beneficio de mis alumnos, como para beneficio personal ya que elevaría mis conocimiento, autoestima y me orientaría a ser mejor líder en mi campo laboral.
