‫ﯾﻘﺼﺪ ﺑﺎﻟﺪﻟﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﻤﻮﻋﺔ اﻟﺴﯿﺎﺳﺎت اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻨﻈﻢ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻻداري داﺧﻞ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت. وﻛﻤﺎ ھﻮﻣﻌﻠﻮم ﻓﺈن ﻛﻔﺎءة اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت ﺗﻌﺘﻤﺪ‬
‫اﻋﺘﻤﺎدا اﺳﺎﺳﯿﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺎت ادارﯾﺔ ﻣﺘﻤﯿﺰة وﻓﻌﺎﻟﺔ. وھﺬه اﻟﺴﯿﺎﺳﺎت ﺗﺤﺪد ﻣﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ :‬
‫ اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ وﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻮظﻒ ﻓﯿﻤﺎ ﯾﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻮظﯿﻒ واﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ واﻟﺘﺮﻗﯿﺔ وﺧﻼﻓﮫ‬‫ ﺗﻨﻈﻢ اﺟﺮاءات اﻟﻌﻤﻞ وﺗﺒﯿﻦ ﻟﻠﻤﻮظﻔﯿﻦ اﻟﺨﻄﻮات اﻟﻮاﺟﺐ اﺗﺨﺎذھﺎ ﻻﻧﺠﺎز ﻣﻌﺎﻣﻼﺗﮭﻢ اﻻدارﯾﺔ‬‫ ﺗﻨﻈﻢ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﻣﺮاﻓﻖ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ وأﺟﮭﺰﺗﮭﺎ : ﻛﺎﻟﺤﻮاﺳﯿﺐ واﻟﺴﯿﺎرات واﻟﮭﻮاﺗﻒ...اﻟﺦ‬‫ ﺇﻨﺸﺎﺀ ﻫﻴﺎﻜل ﺘﻨﻅﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻤﺭﻨﺔ ﻭﺴﻬﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ.‬‫-‬

‫ﺘﺄﺴﻴﺱ ﺨﻁﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﻅﻔﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺄﻜﺩ ﻤﻥ ﺘﺤﺩﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﺤﺠـﻡ ﺍﻷﻤﺜـل ﻤـﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﺎﻟـﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺅﻫﻠـﺔ ﺍﻟـﺫﻯ ﻴﺤﻘـﻕ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺩﺍﻹﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻯ ﻭﺘﺭﺸﻴﺩ ﺍﻹﻨﻔﺎﻕ ﻭﺍﻟﺫﻯ ﻴﻤﻜﻥ ﻤﻥ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺩﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤل ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻹﺨﻼل ﺒﺎﻷﻋﻤﺎل ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻠﻔﻴﻥ ﺒﻬـﺎ ﺃﻭ‬
‫ﺠﻭﺩﺘﻬﺎ.‬
‫ﺠﺫﺏ ﻭﺇﺴﺘﺒﻘﺎﺀ ﻭﺘﺸﺠﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺭﻴﺔ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻜﻔﺎﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻭﻴﺎﺕ، ﻓـﻰ ﻅـل ﺍﻟﻠـﻭﺍﺌﺢ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﺸﺭﻜﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﻭﺍﻨﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻅﻤﺔ ﻟﻌﻼﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻤل ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻭﻅﻔﻴﻥ ﻭﻟﻭﺍﺌﺤﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺫﻴﺔ.‬
‫ﺘﺤﺩﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴﺌﻭﻟﻴﺎﺕ ﻟﻜل ﺍﻟﻭﻅﺎﺌﻑ ﻤﻥ ﺨﻼل ﺘﻭﺼﻴﻑ ﻭﺘﺼﻨﻴﻑ ﻭﺘﻘﻴﻴﻡ ﻜﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﻅﻴﻔﻴـﺔ ﻋﻠـﻰ‬
‫ﻤﺴﺘﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﺸﺭﻜﺔ.‬
‫ﺇﻨﺸﺎﺀ ﻫﻴﻜل ﺃﺠﻭﺭ ﺩﺍﺌﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﻓﺴﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﺸﺭﺍﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺇﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺘﺒـﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻷﺠـﻭﺭ ﻭﺍﻹﺴـﺘﺤﻘﺎﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟـﺸﻬﺭﻴﺔ‬
‫ﻟﻠﻤﻭﻅﻔﻴﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺄﻜﺩ ﻤﻥ ﺴﻼﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻅﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻭﺍﺌﺢ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺒﺸﺌﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﻅﻔﻴﻥ ﻭﺤﻔﻅ ﻤﻠﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﻅﻔﻴﻥ.‬
‫ﺘﺤﻔﻴﺯ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﻅﻔﻴﻥ ﻋﻥ ﻁﺭﻴﻕ ﻭﻀﻊ ﻨﻅﻡ ﻤﺘﻁﻭﺭﺓ ﻭﻋﺎﺩﻟﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻼﻭﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻜﺎﻓﺂﺕ ﺘﺭﺘﺒﻁ ﺒﺎﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻰ ﺒﻤـﺎ‬
‫ﻴﻜﻔل ﺘﺤﺩﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﺼﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻴﺯﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻬﺩﺓ ﻭﻏﻴﺭﻫﺎ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﻅﻔﻴﻥ.‬
‫ﺘﺄﺴﻴﺱ ﻨﻅﺎﻡ ﻋﻤﻠﻰ ﻭﺸﺎﻤل ﻟﺘﻘﻴﻴﻡ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﻅﻔﻴﻥ ﺒﻤﺎ ﻴﺅﺩﻯ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﺔ ﻟﺘﻁـﻭﻴﺭ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﻤـﻭﻅﻔﻴﻥ‬
