Every camp that I have gone to has covered what I would be learning in school. This years’ camp was possibly the best. It was our send off into our futures.Hsta has been the most important organization for my dreams. It has given me marvelous opportunities to see things few others have. When I was younger, I believed it would be impossible to save enough to pay for the ever-increasing tuition and fees. I’m a massive worrier. College has been my greatest fear on trying to figure out how to pay. I cried for days, filling out my application to Hsta. I was so worried that I wasn’t smart enough or good enough. Hsta has shown me that I actually need to have faith in myself and believe that I can do well. Hsta has made it possible to have a career in which I will be able to help others. I can actually afford becoming a nurse practioner. I can have the future I have always wanted. I can do good for this state and help it to flourish. I have met so many interesting people, who are all different. Hsta saw what linked us together, wanting to make the world a better place and massive potential. Some of the people I met have become my greatest friends and mentors. So many of the kids in my club helped me learn what I needed to know to succeed in my classes. Hsta allowsfor students to get the help they need with school. So many of the girls before me, helped me learn what I need to know for nursing and to be able to have a high gpa in those classes. Hsta has meant the world to me it has changed so much of my life. I’m able to do so much more than I ever thought

Base on the analysis of team effectiveness, Jim should intervene at this time at internal level, focusing on relational actions. Building team relationship for a virtual team is even more important than collocated team.
