Hulu is an excellent example of the product/services used with external environment analysis. Hulu is a great alternative for those who prefer to avoid expensive monthly cable bill. Its low monthly cost is economically affordable for consumers. As you mentioned in your post Teashia, Hulu's technological ability allows for streaming online or through a smartphone. I like the fact that Hulu allows those on-the-go, to catch up on their favorite television network shows.

Hulu was launched in 2007 by NBC-Universal and FOX networks which “overcomes the copyright obstacle to innovation by combining content and distribution” (Pruitt, 2010). This type of change in a cultural trend, could create opportunities and challenges to marketers and consumers
