The Human Resource has been playing roles in the life of people to help them to reach a higher place with their personal functions. Human Resource has set general guidelines for the health care industry with large and small business and organization. HR is a major factor. In the setting of a hospital, Human Resource runs its part as a small city that has a large number of issues due to the interaction that humans bring into the city. The role that HR has it is to help originations to have the best performance and the best safety there is to have for the care of the patients.
Human Resource makes sure that the service that patients are receiving is the best and that it is up to part with all guidelines and regulations. As well as being sure that the facilities are equipped with what is needed to serve all the patients wiether they are out-patients or in-patients. HR helps to fill in any portion of the personal needs that the employees or employers may have. Human Resource assists to do their job as best as they can or to do it better. The Human Resource department job is to handle all operations pertaining to personnel.
The policy of that Human Resource has may affect originations position by taking over the cost quality that are in the business. Over the last few decades Human Resource has doubled in business while it helps to increase the size or to decrease in the organization. HR is using special strategic method to hire the right people that they feel are right for the job while giving everyone a fair chance (Mayhew & Media, 2012).
